            Bug ID: 159202
Summary: Labels on bar chart behave differently under and above
                    the x-axis
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.6.4.1 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

On bar charts, one can put labels that are positioned diagonally, ending just
at the level of the bar. If the font is too big, some labels disappear
(seemingly arbitrarily. I was never able to understand what made the decision).
To make them appear, we need to decrease the font, or to increase the angle
("text orientation" in the tab "label" of x-axis). Fine.

Now, if we have a bar chart where the values are NEGATIVE, meaning the bar are
BELOW the x-axis, we need to position the labels above the axis. We can do that
by selecting "Near axis (other side)" in the tab "positioning". However, the
rules of appearance/disappearance are more stringent for those labels. We need
to decrease the font size more or to increase the angle more, to make them
appear. This is very odd since it should be the same code?
