Regarding the dpi https://www.sven.de/dpi/ says
Display size: 15.08" × 8.48" = 127.89in² (38.3cm × 21.54cm = 825.07cm²) at
254.67 PPI, 0.0997mm dot pitch, 64857 PPI²

See above. I have never explicitly changed any icon setting.
