Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 191983 from bug 159213
2. Go to "Tools" → "Relationships".
3. Right mouse click on the line, which connect the 2 tables → Edit.
4. Press "Help".
-> The buttons are aligned to the right. See screenshot
