Two "add picture" placeholders, one with a custom prompt
The attached sample has just two image placeholders. In Powerpoint, one of them
was assigned a custom prompt.
Importing it to Impress, only the one without prompt override behaves as image
placeholder (double-clicking it opens a image picker file dialog). The one with
a custom prompt behaves in Impress as a text box (clicking on the prompt, or
double-clicking it, enters editing mode).
