Description of issue
Tried to open Write and it didn't open. The blue loading circle for the Windows
10 mouse pointer appeared above the mouse pointer then disappeared then nothing
happened. The same happens for all Libre Office applications and files such as
.odt files.
In Task Manager Libre Office and a blank page icon appears with the word
Suspended after trying to open Libre Office applications then disappears.
Fixes I've tried and didn't work
Boot into safe mode and clicked to factory reset (checked both boxes). In cmd
shows as CreatedDevice failed: -4
(clicking to Restart in Normal Mode also yields same results)
Installed and reinstalled both versions, installing from official web page and
uninstalling under control pannle, uninstall a program
Repair files with Libre Office .msi
Restarted computer to initiate any changes made
Checked my computers drivers are up to date (they were and still are after
checking again)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search for Office Libre application or file
2. Click on it
3. Dosen't open
Actual Results:

pointer then disappeared then nothing happened.
Expected Results:
Libre Office applications/file clicked on opens.
Reproducible: Always
