Impress crashes when it tries to save the attached document as .ppt.
Tested with Version: 4.1.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: de00b8bb67b7453b45e081fe602782803eab134
Last time I tested it I used 4.1.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: 578bd45644657a9f7ae99f525eeb5c653103dcf8 and the document was saved
correctly so this is a regression introduced during this month.
