This is a followup to bug 159254
As noted there, importing the paper tray setting from the docx files does not
work yet.
1. In Word, go to the Layout ribbon, open the Page Layout dialog
2. On the Paper tab -> Paper source section set the First page and Other page
trays to a non-default value.
3. Save the file, open in Writer
4. Go to Format - Page Style - Page tab
-> the Paper Tray dropdown has the default value [From printer settings]
Example file is attachment 192067 (Main tray) and attachment 192066 (Automatic
tray) but note that the setting is system specific in Word, so my file is
probably not going to work on your machine.
