This is a followup to bug 159254
In Word it is possible to select / set paper tray for the first page and the
other pages.
In Writer there is only a single dropdown to select the paper tray of the
printer, which may cause some inconvenience if someone wants to print the first
page from a different tray than the rest.
Adding another dropdown to the Page Style - Page tab would be helpful for
better interoperability.
