Description:
COUNTIF/COUNTIFS does not count when it meet 17:10~18:00.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert "17:10~18:00" to any cell.
2.Use COUNTIF or COUNTIFS to count it.
3."17:10~18:00" will not be counted by COUNTIF or COUNTIFS.
Actual Results:
the result of COUNTIF or COUNTIFS counting "17:10~18:00" is 0.
Expected Results:
the result of COUNTIF or COUNTIFS counting "17:10~18:00" should not be 0 if
"17:10~18:00" presents.
Reproducible: Always
