Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Calc and resize the window so that it is not maximized
2) Enable Column/Row highlighting (in the View menu)
3) Click any cell to see the highlight
4) Maximize the window
5) Notice that the portion of the window that was not visible does not have
highlight
