Example file from Writer

Attached example document has a Heading 3 numbering style that has a dot
following the number.
When this is included into a TOC the a11y sidebar complains about "simulated
numbering" inside the TOC.

1. Open attached document
2. Open the accessibility sidebar
-> warning about the TOC having simulated numbering, but this is not a real
issue.
