Description:
When I type:   Shift+Ctrl+Return    an return is entered.
I expect it to insert a column break.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start  LibreOffice  Writer
2.format page to have multiple columns
3.type:   Shift+Ctrl+Return

Actual Results:
a return is entered

Expected Results:
cursor moves to next column
