Example file from Excel 2016

Attached example document has a chart with the vertical axis title and data
table enabled.
In Calc the axis title is incorrectly positioned compared to Excel, a bit to
the left and down towards the bottom.

1. Open attached document
-> the Y axis title is misplaced.
Looks like in Excel it is automatically aligned compared to the Y axis only,
but in Calc the height of the axis and the data table is also considered.

Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: d49b0c3654e50ff9b74545140e6f19e008009c33
CPU threads: 15; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Data table was implemented in 7.5, before this was good.
