Description:
When I move an object horizontally, with high precision, Alt + Left/ Right, it
moves as it should.
Vertically, nothing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. draw a frame in Writer
2. select it
3. try to use vertical granular movement: Alt + Up, Down
Actual Results:
Selected objects, photos, frames, text fields don't move.
Expected Results:
As for centuries, it should move the object vertically.
Reproducible: Always
