Description:
When you have frozen rows comments get cut out;

this is clear when you try to edit a comment:
you cannot see where the cursor is! making very hard to edit the comment.

I attach a screencast, showing the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. freeze the first row
2. in the cell A1 create a long comment
3. right click -> edit comment

Actual Results:
Above the "frozen" line you can see everything normal;
below, you cannot see the blinking cursor.
If you move it with arrow keys you cannot see it;
If you select text (using SHIFT+LEFT/RIGHT) you can see blue selection.

Expected Results:
Fixed issue
