Problem description:
I only have frames where all my graphics and pictures belong.
Since I upgraded, I have no pictures in my documents.
The help file tells me to click the Graphics On/Off button on the toolbar, but
it is not there.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Always
2. ....
3. ....
Current behavior:
No pictures in document
Expected behavior:
Pictures in document
Please help. Thanks
