If the indent marker on the ruler is used to change indent, becomes unusable
for a short time.
1. Open attachment 192396
2. Enable View - Rulers
3. Select the second and third paragraphs
4. Move the indent marker on the ruler to the right
5. try to move it again, but
-> it won't move for a short time.
