Steps to Reproduce:
1. ERPPMC Home Page, click on ‘Employee Login’.
2. Login using valid Admin Employee Id and Password.
3. Click on Employee ‘Registration'.
4. Enter all fields with valid data and click on [submit].
Expected Result:Employee must be Registered.
Actual Result:
Blank Page is displayed
