Description:
Takes 55 seconds before the file becomes responsive (old CPU!). Previously 15
seconds
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open process monitor tool
2. Open attachment 145863 (bug 128280 and bug 120735) (automatic spell-check
disabled)
Actual Results:
55 seconds CPU time spend on file-open (old CPU; modern mid-end CPU would
probably do it in 25-35 seconds)
Expected Results:
15 seconds or so
Reproducible: Always
