Example file from Calc

Scrolling the attached file is slow while content highlighting is happening.

1. Open the attached file in Calc after disabling Skia in Windows or under
Linux
2. Make the window full screen
3. Highlight the cells A1:J1 with the mouse
4. Move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen to scroll down while
highlighting, until to the row 625

-> in 7.4 this took about 5 (Linux) to 8 seconds (Windows VM)
-> in master this takes about 15 (Linux) to 30 seconds (Windows VM)

Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
