Tex2002ans <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |Tex2002ans+LibreOffice@gmai | |l.com --- Comment #8 from Tex2002ans <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Telesto from comment #7) > Bug 159272 has more illustrative of the sneaky aspect of the issue at hand: > a 47 kb file causing 5 GB RAM spike with large range of data on the clipboard I came here from just randomly testing Bug #132132 (same exact document Telesto just mentioned/referenced/duplicated with Bug #159272). My RAM usage actually reached 7(!!!) GB—for 39 seconds after closing LO—when testing attachment 139120. - - - So yes... if this clipboard-stuck-in-memory is the root cause of the issue, then definitely sounds like a good idea to have that: - "You have a lot of stuff copied. Do you want to clear the clipboard?" warning on close. (I recall seeing similar popups in Word and a few other programs too.) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
