Description:
To regain access to a very important password-protected spreadsheet I had to
uninstall LibreOffice v. 24.2.0.3 and replace it with LibreOffice v.7.6.4.1
This solved the problem.
My OS is Win 7 Ultimate x64. The spreadsheet password is 8 chars long and
includes latin letters, digits and a single non-letter character form the first
half of the ASCII table.
The spreadsheet accessibility problem happened after updating the LibreOffice
to version 24.2.0.3
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Take any password-protected odt spreadsheet created in LibreOffice Calc prior
to version 24.2.0.3
2.Try to access the sheet opening it in LibreOffice Calc v. 24.2.0.3

Actual Results:
Access to the spreadsheet denied.
Expected Results:
Spreadsheet opened successfully
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
The software stubbornly denied access to the spreadsheet reporting wrong
password entering.
