--- Comment #5 from ady <[email protected]> --- (In reply to V Stuart Foote from comment #4) > OP and summary clearly NAB, it was intentional for see also bug 153880 [1] Yes, but this could be discussed anyway, while transforming it from bug to request for enhancement. IOW, the initial automatic formatting might be fine for some users, but if a user explicitly decides to change it later on (e.g. remove the underline), it would be reasonable (from the POV of such user) to keep such modification, by means of _some_ method. Perhaps the more effective thing to do for such user (the OP in this report, for instance) is not to use the normal "insert hyperlink" method, but also for Calc not to forcefully and automatically modify every "link-like" content(?). Is there _any_ way to leave hyperlinks (or text that looks like them) without the underline (or whichever other particular format)? I admit that at this moment I don't recall what exactly is done by AutoCorrect and what is done by other factors (e.g. insert hyperlink, or edit styles, or whatever). Whichever the case, if I assume that a user goes to ask.libreoffice.org to ask how to remove this underline, I am not sure there is some clear method to avoid it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
