Description:
Hello!

I am using calc 7.3.7.2
Version: 7.3.7.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 30(Build:2)
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-CA (en_CA.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Ubuntu package version: 1:7.3.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.4
Calc: threaded

When the line height is over a certain height, all of the images and shapes
start sticking to the upper part of the document.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a new calc document
2.Create or insert a shape or image
3.Ctrl+A
4.Bring line height to 2.5cm+
5.Move the shape. It jumps right up there and you can't bring it down

Bonus:
6.ctrl+A
7.Bring the cell height to .5 of something
8. move the shape. You can move it around again, it doesn't stick

Actual Results:
The shape is stuck to the top of the doucment

Expected Results:
Shape moves around

Reproducible: Always
