You even have reports that were left in NEEDINFO status without replying to them. This site is not for user support, but for bug reports or enhancement requests. There are user guides, user mailing lists, and <https://ask.libreoffice.org>, among other possibilities. Please use them. Only open a new report when there is _really_ a bug report or an enhancement request, preferably after confirming it with other users in those other channels. I'll leave this report in the same status as I see it now, NEEDINFO.
