Follow-up to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=157158 which
resolved the dropdown arrow using correct color in dark mode.
This bug is about the white border aroudn the dropdown button. It is rather odd
UI / UX, should probably be removed
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open writer, write "test" and create a new comment with that word marked
Actual Results:
Comment dropdown arrow button has a white border.
Expected Results:
No white border.
Reproducible: Always
