Example file from Writer with two images
With the attached example file exported to PDF, the PAC tool reports a possible
unneeded use of the Figure tag.
1. Open attached document. The images have their Alt text fields filled.
2. Export as PDF with PDF/UA enabled.
3. Check the PDF with the PAC tool
-> it gives a warning about a possible unnecessary use of the Figure tag
