This bug is about implementing that thing (or multiple things), which is
well-known and well-established.

Configurability of these settings seems appropriate for a separate, though
related, bug, I would say.

Users should not need to fine-tune the justification to their liking; but - I
see your point. Still, separate bug.

Paragraph-level justification should take care of this mostly.
