This is related to bug 159899
If there is a Name attribute set for a hyperlink, its text is not exported to
PDF as tooltip.
1. Open attachment 192779 from bug 159899
2. Save as PDF
3. Open it in a PDF viewer
-> the hyperlink name as seen on attachment 192780 is not appearing as a
tooltip of the link, only the link target.
