Example file with hyperlink without name
This is related to the bug 159899
If a hyperlink does not have a Name attribute set, the Accessibility sidebar
does not give a warning. Once the bug 159899 is fixed, it will make sense to
warn about the missing human readable explanation text.
1. Open attached file
2. Open the Accessibility sidebar
-> No warning about the missing Name attribute
