I manager to solve the issue by simply affecting the integrated graphics to
Libreoffice in the NVIDIA controller panel.
For some reason NVIDIA control panel decided to use the NVIDIA GPU for
Libreoffice.
To fix this, simply go to the NVIDIA control panel, select the Libreoffice
executable, and then select "Integrated graphics".
