0. Open a new sheet
1. In A1, write some long text that overflows over B1
2. In B1, write some text. The text in A1 will be clipped so B1 shows.
3. Hide column B

Expected: text in A1 overflows over C1
Actual: text in A1 is still clipped, even though B1 doesn't need to be shown
