(See bug 106162) But in you case, it could be a hardware-specific regression, and if you still experience the issue in a recent version, it would be very helpful if you could bibisect the issue with the 6.4 repository: https://bibisect.libreoffice.org/ Or it might be related to x86 vs x64.
