In page 86 of the 3.3.4 License.odt you can read "Portoguise (Brazil)".
This error is still in the 4.0.3.3 License.odt (at page 97) and was copied to
the Portuguese Spelling Dictionary license in page 96 which is also wrongly
spelled as "Portoguise"
I didn't check further back but probably this was inherited from OOo
