Wednesday, July 7, 1886

the conditional formatting will not work with the above date.

But it will work with Wednesday, July 7, 1986

It appears that it fails with dates less than 1900.

Actual Results:
the cell is changed from 7/1/1880 to Wednesday,July 7,1880 by a date change
comand.
Conditional format with "a date of 7/1/1880 than format with greater than > 0,
with high light yellow. It doesnot work but if you change the date to 7/1/1980
it will work.

Expected Results:
Cell should be high lighted
