Wait, each of the Icon themes already supports this as visible on the
LibreOffice Status Bar, additionally there is a tooltip on mouse-over
indicating "The document has been modified. Click to save the document"

Marked all, but manipulating the Win7 era Jump list on the WDM 'Taskbar' would
require native Windows code. Not very appealing to work outside our UI for
os/DE integration.

But, adding the same widget from the Status Bar to the Sidebar Navigator deck
might be appealing. Maybe appended to the upper Toolbox? Likewise, expose state
on the LibreOffice main 'Window' menu.

@Jim, any thoughts on the Navigator facet?
