            Bug ID: 160124
Summary: Decimal Separator Option To use "," (comma) doesn't
                    work in LibreOffice Calc v24.2.1
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.1.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
The decimal separator in the Numeric Keyboard, when pressed, enters a "."
instead of the expected "," (comma) as it is mentioned in the options (Tools -
Options - Languages and Locales - General - Decimal Key on the NumPad -
CheckBox "Same as locale setting (,)".
I'm using ArchLinux with Plasma / KDE 6.0.1 and Kernel 6.6.21-1-lts

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice, then new Calc document, and enter any figure with
decimals in the NumPad, having a locale setting in Latin America, like Chile or
Argentina.
2. The figure is interpreted as a text string.
3.

Actual Results:
4.2 for example, interpreted as string in any cell

Expected Results:
4,2 interpreted as a decimal value in any cell

Reproducible: Always
