Identifying the commands available to assign to Keyboard (but also the other UI elements) and showing the assignments already made. The Help and Wiki articles, and module specific User Guides are also available. No real advantage to crafting a "Keyboard shortcuts" entry on the Help menu, and a support/l10n tail to maintain if we were to do so.
