Description:
In GDI graphics, some characters are broken (e.g. when copy and paste cells
with  Unicode Character “🡱” (U+1F871)).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Calc copy cell containing character: “🡱” (U+1F871).
2. Paste as GDI into Writer or Impress.

Actual Results:
Unicode Character “🡱” (U+1F871) appears as a question mark “?” (U+003F).

Expected Results:
Unicode “🡱” (U+1F871) should be displayed as Unicode “🡱” (U+1F871).
