[Bug 160172] A big ODT document still takes too long to open or save

Just as a reference, I decided to create a DOCX document based on the same text
file. I used OnlyOffice 8.0.1.

I did the same kind of tests and these are the results:

- Time to open the file: 0m11s.
- Time to save the file (after replacing a character): 0m11s.


I also did a test on OnlyOffice opening and saving the original LibreOffice
document created on LO 6.2.4. These are the results:

- Time to open the file: 0m11.
- Time to save the file (after replacing a character): 0m15s.
