Ok I'm on Debian testing updated today which contains LO Debian package
24.2.0.3
This kind of installation is more for maintainers as I said since you must deal
with dependencies pb.

So you should uninstall LO and either stick to LMDE LO out-of-the-box packages
or figure out some way to find more up-to-date LMDE repositories.
Since LMDE is based Debian stable, I suppose you may add Debian testing
repositories on /etc/apt/sources.list
I never tried this since I always used Debian testing but
