Description:
Moving picture with arrow key not synchronized with selection handles. It
doesn't work in X11 without skia. When Skia is enabled, bug doesn't occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
- open attached file
- go to slide 5, select first picture. Handles appears.
- move picture right or left with arrow key
Actual Results:
picture moves, after 1 second handles move (delay)
Expected Results:
not delay of handles moving
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
