          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 65076
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: VIEWING: System "hangs/loops" when gets to bottom of a
document page when scrolling through viewing and
                    editing a document
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.3.3 release
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description: When using either up or down arrow keys whilst viewing a
document when get to either top or bottom of page system suddenly "hangs" for a
couple of minutes before allowing me to scroll onto next or previous page.
After about 1 minute of apparent non activity (won't let me do anything
imbetween)the display screen goes blank, then about 30 seconds later comes back
again but still appently "looping", then goes blank at least one more time
before eventually coming back and allowing you to move on to another page.
Happens on all pages of said document not just a particular page. Never
happened with same document using an older version of LO and have since
reverted back to version 3.6.6 and doesn't happen with that version.
What happens is similar to what happens when I "save" a document, in that it
takes a while to save a large document, and whilst doing so screen goes blank a
few times until save has finished. My save interval by the way is set at 60
minutes,
so it is not actually saving although it appears as though it is each time I
get to top/bottom of a page.

I have just purchased a new W8 I7 16MBRAM chip laptop to replace an old model
running W7 professional and which had LO 3.6 on it.
I decided rather than copy LO 3.6 from my old PC I would download the latest
4.0.3.3 version, and just copy my .odt documents across.
In editing a book I was writing I immediately got the problem referred to when
I tried to edit it. Not tried any other documents yet.

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:

Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.0.3.3 release
