Scrolling using side scrollbar in Writer docs and Calc sheets is erratic -
sometimes slow and jerky.
Sometimes scroll doesn't seem to work at all... esp when using Magic Mouse
Am using Mac 21.5-inch, Intel i5, macOS 10.15.7
