When converting between « ods » and « fods » formats with
the command-line « libreoffice --convert-to <fods|ods> <filename> »,
the value of tag « table:number-columns-repeated »
is decreased by 960 for hidden columns.
Probably in other versions too as many updates occur since first time.
Probably not OS dependent.
