UI: Label Description in the options tab of the in image properties dialog
should be Alt-text
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a jpg
3. Press F4
4. Go to Options tab
Actual Results:
There is a field description
Expected Results:
It should be 'Alt Text" for consistency reasons. A confusing phrase - I tend to
read it as 'Alternative Text". So alternative label or something. Whereas it
actually more a 'Description' field (as based on size). This interpretation is
also bit more in line with IPTC standard. But well Alt-Text has a clear
definition (bug 155044)
