Different document and some different circumstances but application version and OS are the same as for this bug report. I generated a detailed and lengthy Apple Problem Report from the resulting crash and I can provide it (in part or its entirety if you wish). Does Apple provide LibreOffice with a copy of the diagnostic report at some point?
