Description:
There is something wrong with the paragraph styles in the below attached .ods
file. When "Default paragraph style" is applied, then style changing action
from IEEE style to APA 7ed fails to recover this citation ITEM (IEEE [1]) with
APA7 style ((Author, YYYY)).

Steps to Reproduce:
1) In Zotero add-on: Set Document Preferences
2) Change style to APA 7th edition
Actual Results:
The first citation is not recovered, and the second, and the third are changed
properly.

1. [1] --> [1] (failed)
2. [1] --> (Author1, YEAR)
3. [2] --> (Author2, YYYY)
Expected Results:
All in text citation fields should change to author-date style.
