Normally printers print on (1, 2, or 3) standard page sizes based on the paper
tray.

If I have a dozen or two different sheets then I would have to create a dozen
or two different page styles just to accommodate scale-factor when I want to
fit the maximum information from a sheet on a page.

Linking the scale-factor to a page-style is an absolute a waste of the User's
time and effort (unless the User rarely, if ever, uses the print scale-factor).

I now use the print scale-factor much more frequently.
Since each sheet can have a different scale-factor so why not link the
scale-factor to the sheet which is far more useful and efficient for the User
(I know the scale-factor has to be linked to something).
