Likely the so-called gtk3 VCL plugin was used on GNOME (which is the default
there) and now the kf5 or kf6 one is used.

Does setting the environment variable SAL_USE_VCPLUGIN=gtk3 before starting LO
bring back the previous behavior? (Please also double-check that "Help" ->
"About LibreOffice" says "VCL: gtk3" then.)
